Additionally, we require::

  • An MBO-level education combined with several years of relevant work experience

  • NEVI 1 certification or willingness to obtain it

  • Affinity or experience with technical products

  • Experience with ERP systems

  • Strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)

Job requirements Your daily responsibilities include

About 75% of your time will be spent on operational purchasing tasks for various suppliers, including:

  • Exploring domestic and international markets for suppliers, delivery options, and reliability

  • Requesting and evaluating quotations

  • Selecting suppliers based on quality and technical requirements, in consultation with the requester

  • Determining material requirements

  • Validating supplier quality systems

  • Purchasing authorized internal orders

  • Negotiating price, delivery time, and payment terms, and recording results

  • Checking order confirmations and addressing discrepancies

  • Monitoring outstanding purchase orders

  • Performing regular purchasing and R&D-related activities

  • Reviewing and processing purchase suggestions/forms into purchase orders in the ERP system, considering price, delivery time, and packaging units

  • Checking and processing supplier order confirmations in the ERP system

  • Monitoring deliveries and suggesting alternative products/suppliers when necessary

  • Communicating and following up on forecasts with suppliers

  • Handling and preventing invoice discrepancies and quality issues
