Hartwig Medical Foundation contributes to building a learning Healthcare System by providing Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS) Services for patients with cancer, including data analysis and reporting to support clinical decision making. By including the resulting data into a database that is accessible for researchers, we support a system where personalized decision making for individual patients today feeds research to improve care for tomorrow's patients. Applicable quality standards are ISO27001, ISO17025 for our WGS laboratory services and ISO13485/IVDR for our data analysis and reporting tools.
Your profile
This Is What You'll Be Doing

• Maintain the quality system within our organization according to ISO17025, ISO27001, ISO13485 and IVDR standards. And implement new standards where applicable;

• Ensure that every employee is aware of quality standards by:

• Providing and documenting training.

• Offering active support in case of questions or incidents.

• Performing or supporting internal audits.

• Monitor and safeguard quality across validations, verifications, incidents, audits, feedback and complaints, CAPAs, and risk assessments.

• Manage and support document control and documentation processes.

Our ideal candidate

• You have a Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent.
• You have working experience in a quality regulated environment in life sciences, healthcare, or pharma.
• Previous experience in a quality role is a plus.
• You are a real team player; you support colleagues and proactively provide feedback in a constructive way to raise quality awareness.
• You work in a structured and precise way, with an eye for detail, while maintaining a high-level overview of quality activities.
• You have a good command of English, both written and spoken. Strong Dutch language skills (written and spoken) are a big plus.
