The Team
The Global Consumer Brand Experience team is responsible for crafting immersive, multi-sensory environments that captivate consumers and drive brand loyalty. Through Retail Concept Design, Visual Merchandising, Windows & Showrooms and Store Experience, we elevate engagement across all channels and markets with a 360° approach.

Balancing creativity with commercial strategy, we ensure global consistency with local adaptability, shaping the physical identity and consumer experience across retail, wholesale, and pop-up environments. Together, we create compelling spaces that inspire consumers and reinforce Tommy Hilfiger as a leading lifestyle destination.

Position Summary
The Specialist, Visual Merchandising Outlet supports the execution of global VM strategies for specific product categories and business units within Outlet stores. This role requires full proficiency gained through job-related training and on-the-job experience, ensuring that store presentations, mannequin styling, and product storytelling align with the brand's seasonal direction.

The Specialist works with a limited degree of supervision, identifying key issues and patterns from partial or conflicting data and providing solutions to less typical merchandising challenges. This role also acts as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience, supporting regional VM teams and cross-functional collaboration with Merchandising and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of VM strategies for specific product categories and business units within Outlet stores.
  • Assist in creating seasonal VM guidelines, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and commercial objectives.
  • Partner with regional VM teams, ensuring effective in-store execution and alignment with global strategies.
  • Provide styling direction for mannequins and product displays, contributing to consumer engagement and product storytelling.
  • Conduct store visits and assess VM execution, providing structured feedback and recommendations for improvement.
  • Support window and in-store activations for Womenswear and Kidswear, ensuring consistency and brand appeal.
  • Assist in showroom setups and training workshops, acting as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

The Ideal Candidate

  • 2-4 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably within apparel and accessories.
  • Strong understanding of styling principles and consumer engagement strategies in retail environments.
  • Proven ability to work with limited supervision, identifying key merchandising challenges and providing creative solutions.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, ensuring efficient execution of VM strategies.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, supporting toolkit development and presentation creation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and regions, integrating VM efforts with business objectives.
