About the Role:We are looking for a seasoned professional with strong expertise in Digital Finance and Accounting to support architectural aspects of change projects within a dynamic and evolving finance landscape. Based in Eindhoven, you will play a key role in ensuring that financial systems and processes are effectively aligned with business transformation goals.This role involves close collaboration with IT teams, business stakeholders, and project managers to provide subject matter expertise in finance systems, process design, and solution feasibility — without assuming end -to -end architectural ownership.Key Responsibilities:Provide expert input on digital finance and accounting systems during business and IT change projects.Collaborate with architects, solution designers, and project teams to ensure functional and process alignment.Assess the impact of proposed system or process changes on finance operations.Contribute to the design and validation of financial solutions, ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations.Support testing, rollout, and post -go -live stabilization from a finance systems perspective.Help ensure system integration and data consistency across finance applications.Act as a bridge between Finance, IT, and Program Management functions to align on solution delivery. RequirementsRequirements:8–10 years of experience in Finance and Accounting within digital or transformation environments.Strong understanding of financial processes such as general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, asset accounting, and reporting.Solid experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.Proven ability to support cross -functional projects and provide input on system/process design.Familiarity with architectural frameworks and ability to work within structured project environments.Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
