Are you meticulous, organized, and ready to ensure our guests enjoy the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort? Join our team as a Back of House - Linen Room Attendant, responsible for administering, maintaining, and distributing linen, uniforms, and guest laundry.

Your Role in Our Story:

  • Maintain and organize all linen and uniforms in the housekeeping department, ensuring an efficient and clean workspace.
  • Oversee the washing, drying, and ironing of guest laundry and staff uniforms, ensuring quality care and handling.
  • Promptly respond to guest requests, such as delivering irons or additional amenities to enhance their stay.
  • Keep hallways and corridors tidy by vacuuming and dusting around the buildings, contributing to a spotless guest experience.
  • Handle phone inquiries in the housekeeping and linen room, providing clear and courteous assistance as needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in linen and laundry operations, with careful attention to fabric care and machinery.
  • Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail, ensuring all laundry processes are handled accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills to professionally handle guest requests and phone calls.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
