About the Role
As a
QC Specialist
you will act as the key link between laboratory operations and internal stakeholders. You'll ensure that QC testing is executed to the highest standards, in compliance with GMP and safety guidelines, while also driving continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
Responsibilities
Act as subject matter expert for serological ELISA potency testing
Ensure QC testing is performed in compliance with GMP and safety standards
Identify, analyse, and report deviations (OOS) and trends
Lead or support CAPAs and improvement initiatives
Serve as the point of contact for deviations, changes, audits, training, and documentation
Review and assess QC test results
Support method and equipment validation
Provide technical support in contamination control
Contribute to root cause investigations and data analysis
Requirements
HBO degree in a biological field
3–5 years of experience in a similar QC role
Strong experience with ELISA techniques
In-depth knowledge of GMP and quality systems
Skilled in data analysis and root cause investigations
Familiarity with SAP, LIMS, and electronic QC systems
Strong communication skills in Dutch and English (written and verbal)
Experience with problem-solving tools (8D, 5 Whys)
