Your Role
As a Senior Project and Program Manager, you are responsible for realizing and implementing business-critical transformations. You'll lead strategic, often cross-functional, and highly complex projects and programs, from implementing new customer-centric processes to optimizing our logistics chain or guiding digital transformations.
You'll work with various project methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or a hybrid approach. Acting as an Agile Coach, you'll guide teams in their development and help them perform at their best. You'll facilitate strategy development and ensure flawless execution with a focus on quality, impact ("business bang"), and measurable results.
You also provide valuable insights to senior management, enabling data-driven strategic decisions.
Your Team
You'll join the Spring EU, Networks and Operations team, a multidisciplinary group of experienced project and program managers, agile coaches, and strategic advisors. Together, you shape the future of PostNL.

Here's what you can expect:
• A gross monthly salary between €5,513.79 and €8, based on 39.25 hours per week).
• Hybrid working options and flexible hours. Work two or more days from home? Receive a €45 net monthly allowance.
• 8% holiday allowance and 25 vacation days (based on full-time).
• Travel reimbursement for commuting – NS Business Card or mileage compensation.

You also bring:
• A Bachelor/Masters Degree
• At least 5 years of experience as a project or program manager
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Proven success in managing strategic, cross-functional projects
