Key Responsibilities
- Build a very good understanding of customers and market
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide solutions for customer issues and act as voice of customer in the organization
- Act and communicate proactively whilst keeping customers informed of relevant topics
- Take an active role in internal as well as external customer meetings together with Sales Specialists/Operations etc.
- Uncover upselling and cross-selling opportunities which will be of value to our customers
- Coordinate closely with other teams to ensure that agreed turn times are achieved for customer requests
- Address root causes and seek improvement opportunities on daily tasks/responsibilities
We are looking for
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience in Logistics/Ocean transport, as well as experience with a WMS would be an asset
- Proficiency in both written and verbal English
- Motivated and enthusiastic person with a can-do attitude and a passion for solving complex issues
- Customer-first mindset: Build relationships, understand needs, and create mutually beneficial solutions
- Stakeholder management: Effectively manage stakeholders, resolve conflicts, and influence without authority
- Availability to work from our warehouse in Maasvlakte
