Do you want to apply your P2P and SAP expertise in a dynamic international environment? For our European NFR Operational Procurement organization, we are temporarily looking for an experienced SAP P2P Manager who ensures stable processes, continuous improvements, and smooth collaboration across countries and systems.

Your Impact

In this interim role, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the SAP P2P process in Belgium, Romania, Serbia, and Greece. You will combine process optimization with hands-on system knowledge and stakeholder management. Your focus will be on:

  • Process improvement and performance
    – Monitor KPIs and SLAs, drive improvement initiatives, and ensure a consistent way of working across SAP countries.
  • Increase PO adoption
    – Promote the structured use of purchase orders and work closely with local teams and Sourcing.
  • System management and change management
    – Address structural SAP issues, coordinate releases, and support key user groups.
  • Managing the Buying Desk
    – Track performance, resolve escalations, and implement structural improvements with internal and external partners.
  • Hands-on mentality
    who takes initiative, investigates and works out solutions independently, without directly managing a team.

Your Profile

  • Minimum 7 years of experience with technology and systems in a procurement context
  • Proven experience with SAP P2P processes in an international environment
  • Strong in stakeholder management, change management, and process optimization
  • Analytical, communicative, and used to driving projects independently
  • Strong preference for experience with Coupa
  • Excellent command of the English language
