Your role in the journey

As a
Guest Service Specialist
, you'll be the first point of contact for guests, team members, and external callers.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Handling all incoming calls with professionalism and warmth.
  • Sending personalized pre-arrival and post-stay emails.
  • Managing and resolving guest complaints with empathy.
  • Logging all guest requests received via phone or email.
  • Monitoring and responding to online reviews.
  • Collaborating closely with the Guest Relations team to exceed expectations, always keeping LQA standards in mind.

What you'll bring

  • Experience in guest service or hospitality.
  • A flexible mindset and mentality.
  • A natural ability to connect with people.
  • A talent for surprising guests with thoughtful gestures.
  • Skilled in handling multiple administrative tasks while maintaining high accuracy.
  • An open attitude, attention to detail, and spontaneity.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch or other languages are a plus.
