Instrux is een kleinschalig, gespecialiseerd consultancybedrijf in productcompliance met korte lijnen naar klanten: direct contact met consultants, snelle beslissingen en duidelijke afspraken. Elke dag is anders door de variatie aan projecten, van complete fabrieken die een productielijn willen certificeren tot start-ups die hun eerste product lanceren. We werken met een klein, hecht team van 6 collega's, dat door Europa is gevestigd, vanuit ons gloednieuwe kantoor in Heerhugowaard.

Jouw rol

Als Office Manager ben jij het organisatorische hart van Instrux. Je zorgt dat alles op rolletjes loopt: van planning en facturatie tot CRM-updates en projectondersteuning. Je werkt nauw samen met onze consultants (juridisch/technisch), ontvangt klanten en bewaakt de voortgang van lopende trajecten.

Uren & locatie: 24 uur per week, 3 dagen op locatie in Heerhugowaard.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Dagelijkse office-organisatie: agenda's, vergadervoorbereiding, inkoop en facilitaire zaken
  • Projectondersteuning (CE/regelgeving): documenten structureren, deadlines bewaken, rapportages opmaken
  • Administratie: offertes, facturen, uren en projectcodes bijhouden
  • CRM-beheer en datakwaliteit; follow-ups signaleren naar klanten
  • Basis HR-/onboardingtaken
  • Procesverbeteringen oppakken in o.a. Asana

Jij brengt mee

  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als Office Manager / Project Support / Managementassistent
  • Affiniteit met een juridische of technische context
  • Engels minimaal B-niveau
  • Handig met tooling: Microsoft 365; Asana en CRM zijn een pré
  • Proactief, nauwkeurig, servicegericht en je houdt van schakelen in projecten

Salaris

€2.700 – €3.200 bruto per maand o.b.v. 40 uur (pro rata bij 24 uur), afhankelijk van ervaring en vaardigheden
