About the Role

We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Content Moderator to join the Global Safety & Support team of a major social media platform. You will evaluate, classify, and moderate content to ensure a safe online environment for users while working in a fast-paced, multicultural setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and moderate user-generated content (text, images, videos) in Dutch according to platform policies.

  • Identify and escalate potential risks, harmful behavior, or violations of community guidelines.

  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with safety standards and procedures.

  • Maintain high levels of productivity and quality while meeting personal and team KPIs.

  • Provide feedback to help optimize policy updates and content moderation workflows.

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to improve user safety.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Dutch (C1–C2 level).

  • Good command of English for internal communication and training.

  • Strong awareness of social media trends and online culture.

  • Ability to handle sensitive content, including potentially distressing material.

  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Previous experience in customer service or content moderation is an advantage but not mandatory.
