Are you ready to lead HR transformation and shape a culture where people thrive? We're looking for a strategic HR leader to drive talent initiatives, empower teams, and make a real impact across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg.

The role is based in Hilversum (hybrid role).

Travel: Occasional.

Note: This position does not offer relocation or mobility support.

Where You'll Make a Difference

  • Lead HR Transformation: Optimize and harmonize HR processes to deliver efficient, high-quality services that empower our teams and support business objectives.
  • Be a Strategic Partner: Collaborate with business leaders, HRBPs, and COEs to align talent strategies, drive change initiatives, and ensure our people agenda is at the heart of every decision.
  • Inspire and Develop Teams: Manage and mentor the local HR team, fostering accountability, growth, and a culture of excellence.
  • Drive Data-Driven Decisions: Use HR dashboards and analytics to uncover insights, support decision-making, and continuously improve our employee experience.
  • Champion Employee Relations: Handle complex cases and internal investigations with professionalism, confidentiality, and care.
  • Lead Organizational Change: Partner with COEs to implement organizational design, work structures, and team-based systems that support our evolving business.
  • Support Talent Acquisition & Rewards: Work closely with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and other COEs to deliver seamless HR support across the region.

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • 12+ years of HR experience, including 7+ years in a global/matrixed organization.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Fluent in English & Dutch

How Would You Stand Out?

  • Hands-on experience with Workday (or similar HRIS) and Global Business Services (GBS) is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
