What You Will Do

  • Design and implement target operating models (governance, processes, data, technology) as a result of strategic ambitions and/or a changing risk & regulatory landscape.
  • Lead transformation programs in areas such as Financial Economic Crime, Risk & Regulations, ESG and Digital Innovation.
  • Conduct gap analyses, risk assessments, and maturity scans. Build and implement strategic roadmaps for change.
  • Align innovation with AI, Data, RegTech to client needs.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop client relationships.
  • Mentor and grow junior consultants through coaching and knowledge sharing.

What You Bring

  • A relevant master's degree (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Law, Criminology).
  • 4–7 years of consultancy experience in the financial services industry.
  • Expertise in Financial Crime Compliance, Risk Management, Regulatory Change, Digital Transformation.
  • Agile/Lean/Six Sigma certification is a plus.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Strong professional network and market vision.
  • A proactive mindset and healthy work-life balance ethos.
