Key Responsibilities
- Key contact Category MGT team
Lead the strategic relationship with at HQ and country level
Build relationships across assortment, operations, retail teams
Craft in collaboration with strategy account plans enhancing strategic partnership
- Assortment & Category Management
Propose/advise annual calendar product introductions
Coordinate new product introductions (face-in, pricing and communication towards the client)
Manage product phase-outs (face-out) in collaboration with Technical product MGR to ensure seamless transitions without service disruption.
Monitor assortment performance and recommend optimizations based on sales mix and customer feedback
Support in-store execution and prepare a staff training related to new products or other requirements
3.Business Performance
Track sales performance per month , KPIs, product mix, and service levels
Manage forecasting and volume planning in cooperation with Business Planning & Forecast
Prepare Q meetings
Prepare monthly reports to MGT
- Lead cross functional projects
-Project management: Lead cross-functional projects (e.g. digital ordering platforms, , implementations of new instruments, training initiatives etc.).

Qualifications
-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
-Minimum of 5 years' experience in Key Account Management/ Category MGT, preferably within medical, Optics , devices, FMCG, retail,
-Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, proficient with Excel and BI tools.
-Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels.
-Results-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
-Influencing skills; able to align multiple stakeholders and drive consensus on strategic initiatives
-Project MGT skills
-Fluent in Dutch
