The role
We're hiring an HR Business Partner to support teams across Zeekr EU with strategic people initiatives and day-to-day HR guidance. This role will be key in driving engagement, performance, and growth as we scale our organization.

This is what you will do:
Strategic HR Support:

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on HR matters, including workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design.

Employee Relations:

  • Address employee concerns and provide guidance on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
  • Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.

Talent Acquisition and Management:

  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to attract, select, and retain top talent.
  • Implement talent development programs, including training, coaching, and succession planning.

Performance Management:

  • Support the performance review process, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning.
  • Advise managers on performance improvement plans and employee development strategies.

Change Management:

  • Lead and support organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and employee involvement.
  • Provide guidance on change management best practices and tools.

Compliance and Policy Management:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to provide insights and drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Prepare and present reports on HR activities and outcomes to senior management.

To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:

  • Extensive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a strategic HR role or HR Business Partner position in an international environment.
  • Proven experience in employee relations, talent management, and change management.
  • Strong knowledge of Dutch labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience in using HRIS and other HR tools and systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
