External Manufacturing

Our mission in External Manufacturing is to deliver Agile Manufacturing Platform to Reckitt Europe that enables revenue generation, delivers margin improvement and supports Reckitt factories.

An opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic, fast moving supply support team with a dedication to win and deliver our customer's needs.

About The Role

The position will have responsibility to ensure security of supply for our EU business covering 20 suppliers but also assure strategic manufacturing transfer from one location to another are executed flawlessly without any impact on the business.

The project is scheduled to run until Q3 2028.

Your responsibilities

Your main tasks include:

• Building strong relationships with suppliers and country commercial teams (IMEx) to ensure high service levels.
• Managing supply planning processes, including forecast analysis, capacity checks, and inventory risk mitigation.
• Coordinating end-to-end manufacturing transfers, ensuring 98% service rate and timely execution.
• Monitoring and improving replenishment processes, including safety stock, MOQ, and lead times.
• Resolving invoice disputes and maintaining positive supplier relationships.
• Driving continuous improvement and embracing innovative "touchless" planning initiatives.
• Supporting potential expansion of scope to Reckitt factories, including planning targets and inventory tracking.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in a relevant position
• Solid understanding of supply planning and ERP systems.
• Experience in integrated supply chain and third-party supplier collaboration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial appraisal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, multicultural environment.
• Proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement and innovation.
