What You'll Do

  • Lead the sales function with a focus on authentic relationship building and client alignment
  • Drive high-touch, consultative sales conversations with purpose-driven professionals
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation and messaging strategy
  • Identify and explore new growth markets with strategic foresight
  • Mentor emerging sales team members on values-based sales and coaching-aligned communication
  • Champion a client journey rooted in transformation, not transaction

Who You Are

  • A self-motivated, sales professional who leads with integrity, and purpose
  • Experienced in transformational sales, personal development or values-aligned services
  • Fluent in English and confident in high-level consultative communication
  • Naturally empathetic and strategically minded, with the ability to influence
  • You thrive in remote, flexible, autonomous work environments
  • Possess a global, inclusive mindset and basic mentoring experience
