The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to play a key role in driving Emaldo's presence and performance across our markets. As part of a growing international team, you will work closely with your
Country Manager
and the
Central Marketing Department
to execute impactful marketing activities that strengthen our brand, engage customers, and support commercial success.

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact in a fast-growing renewable energy business. You'll collaborate with teams across Denmark, Sweden, Czech Republic, Finland, the UK, and China to ensure your country's marketing initiatives are aligned, locally relevant, and strategically effective. Regular travel within your country and throughout Europe is expected to build strong relationships with installation partners, attend events, and promote Emaldo's message in the local market.

Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Turn big-picture marketing plans into action for the Dutch market.
  • Collaborate with the Central Marketing Team to localise campaigns and ensure your market's needs are heard.
  • Create and post engaging content on Emaldo Netherlands' social channels — focusing on education, community, and participation.

Sales & Partner Enablement

  • Make sure our sales and installer partners always have the right marketing materials, images, and product updates.
  • Support installers' own marketing efforts so that Emaldo is consistently represented across their websites and channels.

Public Relations & Brand Awareness

  • Help spread the word about Emaldo by identifying stories worth telling and sharing them with local media.
  • Work with your Country Manager to plan and run trade fairs, local energy events, and community activities.

Community & Engagement

  • Bring the Emaldo brand to life - from branded gear to local initiatives.
  • Visit installer partners and customers to strengthen relationships and promote our message in person.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience
    in marketing, ideally within a technology, energy, or consumer brand environment.
  • A strong understanding of
    digital marketing
    ,
    social media
    , and
    content creation
    .
  • Excellent
    communication and writing skills
    , with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for
    brand building
    ,
    customer engagement
    , and
    collaboration
    .
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident using common marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva, CRM systems, and email marketing tools).
  • A team player who enjoys working cross-functionally and is comfortable taking initiative.
  • Fluency in English

    Dutch
    is required.
  • Willingness to travel within your country to meet partners, attend events, and support local initiatives.
