Join our team and help deliver thoughtful, high-quality experiences for our members and guests.Host - Soho House AmsterdamAt Soho House a Host is one of the first point of contacts for members guests and staff before being seated for their dining experience. As a Host, you are responsible for greeting guests, answering all incoming calls, and creating reservations for the House Kitchen. You will also deliver excellent service from initial greeting and seating members and supporting with the floor team where needed. The Host, has acute organizational and people skills which often in infectious and promotes positive experience from the moment anyone arrives up until their departure. What we are looking forMust have 1-2 years experience in a smilar role and answering high-volume phone lines and answering inquiries professionally and timelyProblem solving skills and bring conflict resolution Reliable, representative, positive and enthusiasticOpenTable and MICROS experienceBasic InDesign knowledgeFlexible and available to working both opening and closing shiftsStrong communication skills in English and DutchBenefits Cecconi's offers competitive compensation packages that feature global benefits and perks.
