We are looking for a Night Housekeeping Attendant to join our team here at The Hoxton Lloyd, Amsterdam. Reporting to our Head Housekeeper you will be responsible for ensuring all pubic areas of the hotel are well presented and well maintained at all times.

Breman Brasserie is an all-day restaurant that pays homage to the history of the iconic Lloyd building and features a menu of traditional European-meets-South American food. The bar serves classic cocktails with vibrant flavours and captivating New World wines.

Job Description

What You'll Do...

• Provide the highest level of customer care, and to provide a friendly, helpful and responsive level of service for our guests.
• Be responsible for the cleaning and servicing of all public areas, we want our guests to see a sparkling lobby every time they walk in.
• Empty trash in all public areas and clean public area restrooms.
• Clean all mirrors, inside of windows, wipe and dust all surfaces; keeping all brass shiny.
• Vacuum carpets where needed.
• Follow departmental policies, procedures and service standards.
• Attend all training sessions required.
• Report necessary maintenance items.
• Ensure that all Health and Safety standards are adhered to and any breaches in standards are reported to the Head Housekeeper.
• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times, even when working to find solutions to challenges.
• Undertake any other reasonable requests from management.
