:

We ARE Renewables is looking for a
Architecture Business Process Consultant (OT I&T)
for one of our clients in the energy sector.

The purpose of this position is to structurally strengthen the OT I&T Architecture organization by bringing clarity, consistency, and professionalization to the way the architecture team works. The position focuses on mapping, improving, and securing work processes , creating overview and coordination between stakeholders , and facilitating a uniform, scalable way of working within the architecture discipline.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Mapping the current work processes within the OT I&T architecture organization through observation, document analysis and discussions with team members and stakeholders.
  • Identify all relevant stakeholders, including their interests, roles, dependencies, and mutual expectations.
  • Facilitate consultation moments in which these expectations are made explicit and, where necessary, adjusted or re-agreed.
  • Capture processes and stakeholder relationships in a clear, accessible structure (e.g. process maps, stakeholder maps).
  • Analyzing existing work processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and missing process steps (gaps).
  • Substantiate these findings with factual examples, data or observations.
  • Translating these insights into concrete improvement proposals that contribute to more effective collaboration, better quality and predictability of architecture work.

Requirements

  • • HBO work and thinking level
  • Experience in a project management role, coaching role, or similar position
  • Knowledge of architectural processes
  • Good command of Dutch and English
  • Experience with TOGAF, IEC-62443, or ISO27000 is a plus
