Our client, a leading SaaS company for M&A activity in financial institutions, is seeking an Inside Sales Executive to promote their solution and support the Sales Directors for the Benelux region.
This role suits candidates who are fluent in English and looking to start a career in sales. Ideal for recent graduates or candidates with initial experience in a sales role.
You will sell to top tier investment banks, as well as large Corporates and Private Equity Funds. You will sell on the phone to Financial Analysts & Associates as well as professionals in M&A and Finance.
Your main focus will be researching the market, qualifying potential new business and booking sales meetings for the Directors. If successful, you can transition into a full sales professional within 12 to 18 months.
Role based in central Amsterdam, reporting to Sales Director. Hybrid working policy.
Responsibilities
- Inside Sales Role covering primarily the Benelux region
- Generating leads, via cold calling, email and social media
- Booking physical and online meetings for Sales Directors and Senior Sales Associates
- Researching potential new accounts and qualifying the opportunities
- Creating and maintaining account maps and plans for target accounts
- Initiating and organising network events for clients and prospects
- Proactively providing input to sales and marketing teams on recent deals
- Holding presentations, demonstrating and selling the products to potential clients
- Developing and maintaining client relationships
- Preparing and submitting sales proposals.
Profile:
- Affinity for the sales process and dynamics, ambition to grow in sales role.
- Fluent English. Dutch is an advantage but not essential.
- Recent business graduate / relevant work experience, ideally sales related.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build a rapport with clients.
- Proficient with using LinkedIn and other networking tools, as well as CRM tools, in particular SalesForce.
- Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: 40K€ basic + 10K€ - 15K€ bonus
