In the role of
E-Commerce Specialist

working closely with the Ecommerce Manager, your role will be to promote ecommerce sales. We are looking for a dynamic, digital-minded
E-Commerce Specialist
to drive the growth of our online business across Website, APP and Zalando.

If you have a strong commercial mindset, a passion for digital innovation and want to work in an international environment, this role is for you.

What you will do

  • Boost online sales by identifying the best strategies across Website, APP and Zalando.
  • Manage Ecommerce operations end-to-end: from designing online promotions to communicating them across all website touchpoints, newsletters and digital campaigns.
  • Own Zalando performance through pricelists creation, margin analysis and sustainable commercial planning.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Commercial team, as well as Stores and HQ teams, to ensure flawless alignment and execution
  • Develop new projects and features to keep our digital ecosystem innovative, user-centric and in line with market trends.
  • Monitor KPIs and deliver insights to fuel data-driven decisions.

What we're looking for

  • Strong French speaker with fluent English (Italian/Dutch is a plus).
  • Strong passion for Ecommerce, digital marketing and online customer experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude and a commercial, data-driven mindset.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree and/or 2 years' experience in a similar role is a plus.
  • The first contract is related to a maternity cover (6-12 months)
