Co-Founder / Angel Investor – Abracadabra+Overview

Abracadabra+
 is a 
queer-powered social platform
 for 
activities and services
 — a place where people can explore, connect, and experience life authentically.

We've already 
shipped our first version to the App Store
 and are 
live with a web-based experience
, supported by an 
active community and beta testing user base
. Abracadabra+ helps people 
find or host experiences
 (from runs and hikes to art workshops, parties, and creative meetups) and discover 
queer-friendly services
 that empower the pink community — from wellness and lifestyle to nightlife, travel, and beyond.

The platform is built around a 
proven, scalable monetization model
 that integrates premium listings, paid events, and partner services — designed to grow sustainably as the community expands.

We're now looking for a 
Co-Founder or Angel Investor
 who shares our belief that connection, visibility, and belonging should be easy and joyful. Together, we'll scale a platform that empowers queer people everywhere to find each other — and the spaces and services made for them.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the founder to 
    shape the vision, strategy, and growth model
     for Abracadabra+.
  • Provide 
    capital investment and/or operational guidance
     to accelerate product development and community expansion.
  • Co-create the 
    go-to-market strategy
     for activities and queer-friendly service listings.
  • Build relationships with investors, partners, and community leaders in tech, lifestyle, and LGBTQ+ networks.
  • Ensure the platform's evolution stays grounded in 
    inclusivity, safety, and authenticity
    .

Qualifications

  • Experience as an 
    angel investor, entrepreneur, or early-stage operator
     in consumer tech, lifestyle, or community-driven platforms.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for 
    building products that blend online and offline connection
    .
  • Deep interest in 
    queer-led innovation and culture
    .
  • Willingness to invest financially or contribute operational expertise to help bring Abracadabra+ to scale.
  • Belief in 
    technology as a tool for empowerment, not exclusion
    .
