Procesoperator Delrin – Chemische Industrie
Functieomschrijving

De procesoperator is verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen en bewaken van chemische productieprocessen om veiligheid, efficiëntie en productkwaliteit te waarborgen. Deze functie vereist sterke technische vaardigheden, naleving van veiligheidsnormen en het vermogen om basis mechanische storingen op te lossen om stilstand te minimaliseren.

Belangrijkste Verantwoordelijkheden
  • Procesvoering: Bedienen en bewaken van chemische productieapparatuur volgens standaardprocedures.
  • Aanpassen van procesparameters om productkwaliteit en efficiëntie te optimaliseren.
  • Veiligheid & Compliance: Volgen van alle veiligheidsprotocollen en milieuregels.
  • Uitvoeren van routine-inspecties en rapporteren van afwijkingen of gevaren.
  • Mechanisch Onderhoud: Opsporen en diagnosticeren van kleine mechanische problemen in pompen, kleppen en andere apparatuur.
  • Samenwerken met onderhoudsteams voor reparaties en preventief onderhoud.
Ideaal Profiled
  • Opleiding: Diploma Operator C of gelijkwaardig in chemische procestechnologie.
  • Ervaring: 2–5 jaar in chemische of procesindustrie.
  • Technische vaardigheden: Sterk begrip van chemische processen, veiligheidsnormen en mechanische systemen.
  • Affiniteit met onderhoud: Vermogen om basisstoringen op te lossen en mechanische reparaties te ondersteunen.
  • Soft skills: Nauwkeurig, proactief, teamspeler, goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Talen: Nederlands, Engels is een pre.
  • Locatie: Dordrecht of bereid om te reizen.
