Position Overview:
As a Property Accountant, you will manage all accounting operations for a diverse portfolio of property assets, focusing on the Dutch and Polish markets. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the financial success of a global real estate leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting operations for a portfolio of property assets.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and controls.
• Assist in budget preparation and control activities.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure financial accuracy.
• Collaborate with property management and leasing teams to ensure accurate billing.
• Prepare and submit tax returns for each property.
• Monitor and reconcile bank accounts and transactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-6 years of experience in accounting
• Experience in an international company including international stakeholder management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP S/4HANA) and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of accounting laws and procedures.
• You don't mind working 4 days in the office a week
• Able to commute with public transport
