Project & Risk Manager
to support its EMEA operations. This hybrid role combines
risk oversight
,
project coordination
, and
local office logistical management
. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional initiatives, maintain risk and continuity frameworks, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in Amsterdam.
You will have a high level of responsibility across Europe, in a small sized office but with a high viability of the organisation that you might not see in a larger office entity. You will have autonomy and flexibility in your role, just ensuring you have everything running effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate regional projects and follow up on audit and regulatory actions.
- Maintain outsourcing registers, third party risk management and business continuity plans
- Lead incident tracking and risk reporting.
- Manage a small team locally, in a nicely diverse team in Amsterdam.
- Coordinate and lead meetings with senior management
- Oversee office logistics, facilities, and operational support.
- Participate in regional committees and support environmental certification processes.
Requirements:
- 7+ years in project/risk management within a multinational or regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of BCP / BCM, compliance, and ISO standards.
- Fluent in English and Dutch.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
