Our collaboration with Geek+ brings dozens of autonomous robots to life, enabling us to handle thousands of orders every single day

Your role as a Technical Operator

As a Technical Operator, you are the central technical force behind a smoothly running automated operation. You ensure that our Geek+ robots, packaging machines and technical installations remain continuously available, that issues are resolved quickly and that processes are constantly being optimized.

You'll work in a close and supportive team where you can learn a lot, take on responsibility and make a direct impact on our logistical performance

What you will be doing

  • Operating, monitoring and optimizing robotic and automation systems;
  • Performing preventive maintenance on Geek+ robots, transport systems and packaging machines;
  • Analyzing and resolving mechanical, electrical and pneumatic malfunctions;
  • Monitoring systems and identifying technical issues;
  • Collaborating with operators, technicians, IT and external engineers;
  • Contributing ideas for process improvements to create an even smarter warehouse;
  • Actively contributing to a safe, clean and well-organized working environment;

No day is the same: one moment you're diving into a robot malfunction, the next you're optimizing a machine or supporting a technical improvement project.

  • A technical diploma (mechatronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or industrial automation);
  • A strong affinity with robotics, machinery and technology;
  • Preferably experience in a technical, logistics or production environment;
  • You're accurate, hands-on, eager to learn and always thinking a step ahead;
  • You enjoy working together as a team but can easily switch to independent work when needed;
  • Availability to work in 2 shifts (06:00–15:00 & 15:00–00:00).
