As a Project Leader, you hold project responsibility and are ultimately accountable for achieving the requested project outcome. With your team, you are responsible for project management, risk management, project control, engineering, material supply, environmental management, rights and permits, contracting, construction, commissioning, and aftercare for new construction and renovation projects. You focus on optimal collaboration both within your project team(s) and with internal and external stakeholders to deliver the intended project results within the defined conditions and constraints. As a Project Leader, you are involved in the development (business development), preparation, clustering, and execution of new construction and renovation projects, or you may serve as a sub-project leader in large, complex projects.
What we expect from youTo be successful in this role:
- You have an HBO/WO working and thinking level, preferably completed a technical HBO or university degree, and have at least 4 years of relevant work experience;
- You hold an IPMA-D or C certificate (or equivalent) or are willing to obtain one;
- You have experience in clustering and managing multidisciplinary projects and teams, and have successfully completed projects;
- You are environmentally aware and skilled at engaging and convincing various internal and external stakeholders;
- You are result-oriented, stress-resistant, and excel at planning and organizing;
- You have excellent safety awareness and serve as an example to your environment;
- You possess strong sense of responsibility, are entrepreneurial and proactive;
- You are an energetic leader who fosters collaboration and inspires team members to work for you eagerly.
