Als analytical instrument qualification (AIQ) consultant ben je verantwoordelijk voor het valideren en kwalificeren van laboratoriumapparatuur binnen een GMP – gecontroleerde omgeving. Je werkt nauw samen met Agidens collega's en onze klant om ervoor te zorgen dat alle lab apparatuur en systemen compliant zijn met de geldende regelgeving en richtlijnen.

Agidens werkt samen met zijn klanten aan de veiligheid van patiënten en consumenten. Onze consultants hebben ervaring met validatie en procesautomatisering in de farmaceutische industrie, de ziekenhuissector, de wereld van medische hulpmiddelen en biotechnologie. Ze combineren technisch advies met duurzame oplossingen binnen het kader van de actuele wet- en regelgeving.

Wat zal je doen?
  • Het schrijven en uitvoeren van test- en validatieprotocollen (IQ, OQ, PQ) voor een grote variatie aan equipment gerelateerd aan het QC labo (bv. HPLC, PCR, IR, MALDI-TOF, balansen, pipetten, flowcytometers,…).
  • Beoordelen van technische documentatie van laboratoriumapparatuur.
  • Coördineren van de installatie met interne en externe partijen.
  • Het analyseren van testresultaten en het opstellen van de validatierapporten.
  • Ondersteunen bij audits en inspecties door het verstrekken van relevante documentatie.
  • Ondersteunen bij het opstellen en uitvoeren van change controls en document management.
  • Opstellen van risico-analyses en impact assessments.
  • Bijhouden en verbeteren van standaardprocedures (SOP's)
  • Zorgdragen voor de naleving van GMP en andere relevante normen en richtlijnen.
Wie ben jij?
  • Bachelor of master diploma in een Life Sciences georiënteerde opleiding of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minimaal 3 tot 4 jaar ervaring als LEQ engineer binnen een gereguleerde industrie (bij voorkeur farmaceutisch industrie).
  • Kennis van relevante regelgeving en normen (GMP, GAMP5, FDA, Pharmacopeia).
  • Sterke probleemoplossende vaardigheden en het vermogen om nauwkeurig en gestructureerd te werken.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling, in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Proactieve houding en in staat om zelfstandig te werken en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen in je eigen projecten.
  • Kennis van data integrity is een plus
