The territory manager strategically focuses on driving growth for our products in Advanced Wound Care. Important elements of this role are planning, development and execution of sales initiatives for various large and smaller institutions in home care and nursing homes, including whole salers, in the South East of The Netherlands. Stakeholder mapping and DMU management are crucial. This position requires a keen eye for larger projects and setting up events in order to get the desired result, in close collaboration with marketing and the commercial team. Reports to commercial manager Benelux.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive growth in the appointed territory by mapping out tailor made strategies for each targeted customer and/or account (i.e. with protocols of care, trainings, case studies, congresses and/or collaborations with wholesalers)
Close cooperation with marketing in defining and executing strategies
Attend national congresses together with the commercial team
Management of customer data in Microsoft Dynamics according to Convatec guidelines
About you:
Experience in a commercial role, preferably within medical devices
Project management skills and/or event management skills are a plus
Fluent in Dutch and English
Ability to work solitary as well as in a team
Strong digital skills, such as using Microsoft applications (Dynamics, PowerPoint)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Living in the south-east of the Netherlands
Drivers license
