This position is for TEMPORARY (approx. 6-7 months) - maternity cover. Starting from January 2026Scroll naar beneden voor de volledige details van de vacature, inclusief de vereiste ervaring en de bijbehorende taken.Our client is looking for an experienced HR professional with a strong focus on international payroll and compensation & benefits, complemented by generalist responsibilities and project involvement.Main responsibilities Managing payroll for several European countries, including the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and SwitzerlandWorking closely with headquarters teams on payroll for international assignees and payroll reportingActing as a partner to the Finance team for payroll reconciliationAdministering employee share and global benefit programsHandling employee benefits processes across multiple countriesMaintaining accurate documentation for internal and external auditsCoordinating the relocation process for new international hires, together with headquarters mobility and external tax and immigration consultantsLeading the implementation and upgrade of the time and attendance systemSupporting the setup of HR infrastructure for the German entityContributing to selected global HR projectsRequirementsImportant Note: Our client does not provide sponsorship.Hard RequirementsBachelor’s degree is a must4 years of experience as a HR Generalist including Payroll and Compliance & benefits in the NetherlandsSolid experience in international payroll managementStrong knowledge of Dutch labor lawStrong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detailProficiency in MS Excel is a mustExcellent command of English, both spoken and written (Dutch or German is an advantage)Strong interpersonal and communication skillsA proactive, service-minded, and flexible approachWillingness to support HR generalist activities and ad hoc projectsFulttime availability is a mustBenefitsDirect contract with the companyMax. 2 day WFH25 HolidaysCompetitive salaryCoverage of travel costs: 100%Health insurance up to €125,-- grossPension PlanApplication ProcedureIf you are interested in this vacancy, you can apply by clicking on the button above.
