Marketing Operations Manager

In this role, you’ll play a critical part in how we run marketing globally, supporting the systems, processes, and reporting that connect our efforts to revenue. You’ll be part of a global, high-impact team that values clarity, ownership, and progress.Lees hieronder meer over de algemene taken die bij deze functie horen, evenals de vereiste vaardigheden.What You’ll Be Doing Support the day-to-day management of our marketing tech stack (Pardot, Salesforce, Hockeystack, Tableau), ensuring data quality and system accuracyAssist in executing campaign operations and processes that help teams scale efficientlyBuild and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insight into marketing performanceCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Analytics) to support projects and align on timelinesIdentify and flag gaps or inefficiencies in current workflows, and help implement improvementsMaintain documentation and process guides to support enablement and consistencyProvide regional support while ensuring global processes stay alignedRequirements5-7 year experience in Marketing Operations in SaaS environments.Experience working with Pardot and Salesforce and Hockeystack (or other account-based marketing and analytics tools)Experience in AI based toolsSome experience using TableauAn understanding of core B2B revenue marketing principles like demand generation, ABM, Allbound, and pipeline attributionA strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindsetComfortable turning complex requirements into clear, simple languageComfortable working with data, platforms, and process documentationWillingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, scale-up environmentStrong communication and collaboration skills—you enjoy being a team player and working cross-functionallyAbility to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projectsBenefitsJoin us, and you'll become a valued part of a lively and dynamic team.
