We’re seeking a skilled and motivated UAV Pilot to join our growing team in the Netherlands, with opportunities to support operations around the world. Location: Netherlands (with global travel) Employment: Full-time Travel: Approximately 20–40% internationally, depending on project demand About the RoleAs a UAV Pilot, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and completing unmanned aerial survey and inspection missions for a wide range of clients. You’ll work with advanced UAV platforms and sensors while collaborating closely with engineers, project managers, and field teams. Key ResponsibilitiesOperate multirotor and/or fixed-wing UAVs for inspections, mapping, monitoring, and data collectionConduct pre-flight checks, risk assessments, and mission planningManage flight logs, equipment maintenance, and regulatory complianceProcess and review collected data for quality assuranceTravel internationally to support field projects when requiredMaintain high standards of safety and professionalism at all times RequirementsValid UAV pilot certification (A1/A3, A2, or STS preferred)Proven hands-on flight experience with professional-grade UAVsStrong understanding of EASA regulations and operational standardsAbility to travel globally for short-term assignmentsExcellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindsetClean driving licence (EU licence preferred) Preferred QualificationsExperience xhsqlod with LiDAR, photogrammetry, thermal imaging, or inspection payloadsBackground in surveying, GIS, engineering, or related fieldsExperience working in dynamic or remote field environments What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefitsCutting-edge UAV technology and ongoing trainingOpportunity to work on high-impact, international projectsSupportive and innovative team cultureIf you’re passionate about UAV technology and ready for a role that takes you to exciting places—both in the Netherlands and across the globe—we’d love to hear from you
