Overview We are Tover, a leading e‐health company building interactive projection systems that support people with cognitive challenges. Based in Utrecht, we combine hardware and software solutions to create meaningful connections through purposeful play. Our mission is to build an inclusive world for people living with cognitive challenges and reach 10 million minutes of purposeful play per day by 2035. Responsibilities Guiding Tover's financial strategy as we expand into new markets, pricing models and a more international footprint Improving supply chain processes, inventory planning and the full order to cash flow as we scale internationally Building a modern and scalable finance organisation that brings structure, control and simplicity to the business Allow data to guide our decisions and prove our impact Partnering with the Managing Director and leadership team on business cases, new propositions and long term planning Managing working capital, strengthening the financial structure and ensuring Tover stays fully in control as we grow Acting as the financial counterpart for Karmijn Kapitaal and maintaining strong relationships with our accountant, banks and external advisors Leading IT, HR operations and Legal for a compact team and helping build the scalable operational backbone Tover needs for the next phase Qualifications Proven experience scaling tech companies, preferably those combining hardware and software solutions, including inventory management Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams through periods of growth Strategic vision balanced with operational excellence Experience working with investors and managing growth in a post‐bootstrap environment Ability to navigate the complexities of international expansion in the healthcare and education sectors Energy, curiosity and a genuine desire to contribute to Tover's mission and the people we serve Benefits Competitive compensation with a clear path to becoming our CFO The energy of a growing company with a beloved product used worldwide A chance to shape new markets and business models as we expand A warm, entrepreneurial culture where people genuinely want to show up Apply At Tover, we are serious about our mission, but we never lose sight of the joy at the heart of what we do.
