As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.What The Day Will Look LikeSupport numerous Global Benefits Management projects, with a focus on benchmarking and M&A components.Attend client pitches and meetings (virtual or in-person) as a subject matter expert, showcasing our capabilities.Take ownership of a dedicated revenue target for the region and contribute to business development.Deliver benchmarking and data analytics projects within established timeframes and financial parameters.Present results and insights as part of a collaborative client service team.Collaborate with the Market Research team to deliver benchmarking services.Peer review Quantum studies and support innovation in data analysis and technology-based solutions.Mentor and review the work of less experienced staff, ensuring quality and accuracy.How This Opportunity Is DifferentThis is your chance to join a key growth team at Aon, with significant investment in analytics and AI. You'll help innovate and build new solutions that contribute to our clients, making a tangible impact on their decision-making.Skills And Experience That Will Lead To SuccessProven experience in an HR consulting or professional services firm.Strong management, analytical, and organizational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication, including strong presentation skills.Ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.Solid understanding of employee benefits and a demonstrated interest in global environments, cultures, and languages.International or non-US benefits consulting experience is preferred.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in mathematics, finance, economics, or a related quantitative field (advanced degree or project management certification is an advantage).
