- Start at the hub: load crates into your van, check your route & battery
- Deliver to 15-18 addresses per 3-hour shift, usually within a 10 km radius
- Help customers with questions; you are the face of Picnic in the neighborhood
- Drive back and finish your route, hand in your van, and grab a well-deserved snack
- Valid driver's license (Category B) and at least 18 years old
- Positive energy, customer-oriented, and responsible
- Available 16-40 hours per week, including regular evening or weekend shifts
- Fit enough to walk a lot and lift boxes
- Hourly wage €9.98 (18 yrs) to €16.19 (21+ yrs) incl. holiday pay
- Weekly payout of salary and tips via the app
- Plan your own shifts every Friday – perfect to combine with studies or hobbies
- Free snacks after every shift and pizza night during "shift 4" on Friday

Working hours - you choose
- Morning: 07:00-10:30 or 10:00-12:30 (location dependent)
- Afternoon/Evening: 14:00-16:45 | 16:45-19:30 | 19:30-22:30
Claim your shifts weekly in the app (super flexible as a side job). Can't make it after all? Swap with a colleague up to 24 hours in advance. We only ask for 6 fixed availability slots per week – you decide which ones. xtzxhlp
