Short descriptionWe are currently looking for a temporary Geodata Engineer for 5-6 weeks starting on January 2026.Function descriptionAs a Geodata Engineer, you will play a key role in making spatial data accessible, insightful, and actionable for project and tender teams. You will bridge the gap between geodata requirements and project execution, ensuring that all stakeholders have reliable, up-to-date geospatial insights.Key ResponsibilitiesOrganize, analyze, visualize, and store geospatial information to connect the digital and physical world.Automate and document processes for generating predictive insights to support current and future projects.Act as an intermediary between client geodata requirements and internal project teams.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, joint venture partners, subcontractors, and clients to meet all geodata needs.Integrate data sources across the organization into one reliable and accessible overview.Stay updated on emerging geospatial tools, technologies, and industry best practices, share knowledge proactively.Build strong working relationships to ensure stakeholder needs are identified and met.What We're Looking ForStrong understanding of geospatial data, GIS tools, and data analysis techniques.Experience in automating data workflows and creating predictive insights.Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.Ability to research and implement innovative geospatial solutions.RequirementsThe ideal candidate had the following additional information.The Hired person must speak Dutch fluently.2 days on project & 2 days physical at the office32 hours per week, the which day off is to be discussedHas approx. 3 - 4 years (Higher vocational) or 0-2 years (Academic) of relevant experience.If you are available starting on 15 January 2026, have the required experience above and wish to be considered please send your updated CV to p.cervantes@ipspowerfulpeople.com.
