RequirementsResponsibilities Lead local HR operations and ensure compliance with Dutch legislation Deliver end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle Manage key processes including payroll, pensions, compensation, and talent development Partner with leaders to translate global strategies into local actions Qualifications Bachelor's degree or relevant experience 5+ years' experience in Human Resources Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills Dutch language is a big advantage You'll work in a modern, collaborative environment in Rotterdam, surrounded by a diverse team committed to innovation and sustainability.
