Due to the start-up of our pilot factory for plastic recycling into industrial wax, we are looking for a few operators. For this position, which is initially fulfilled in day shift and can be expanded to 2-shift work, we set the following job requirements:

Ø Working level at secondary technical level;

Ø In possession of a VCA diploma or willingness to obtain it;

Ø VAPRO operator A, or the willingness to learn for it;

Ø Familiarity with and affinity with (petro) chemical processes;

Ø Quality-conscious;

Ø Being able to work independently;

Ø Flexible attitude;

Ø Good communication skills;

Ø Languages: Dutch and/or English.

The position includes the following activities;

Ø Building, adjusting, checking and operating the pilot installation;

Ø Checking various process parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow;

Ø Monitoring and controlling the quality of the process (both in-line and PC);

Ø The supply of waste plastics and the filling and storage of the end products;

Ø Timely identification and resolution of technical malfunctions;

Ø Operating the peripheral equipment in the installation such as forklift and hoisting installations;

Ø Carrying out maintenance activities on machines;

Ø Ensuring compliance with work instructions and regulations in the field of ARBO/OSH (Safety, Health, Welfare).

Requirements

Ø In possession of a VCA diploma or willingness to obtain it;

Ø VAPRO operator A, or the willingness to learn for it;

Ø Familiarity with and affinity with (petro) chemical processes;

Ø Collegiality;

Ø Quality-conscious;

Ø Being able to work independently;

Ø Flexible attitude;

Ø Good communication skills;

Ø Languages: Dutch and/or English.
