Mind Partners is an executive search firm with offices in London, Paris and New York. We specialise in retained headhunting for executives, senior management, and experts. We are now partnering with Arkance to appoint their HR Business Partners based Almelo in Overijssel region.

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to oversee HR operations and ensure high-quality service to internal customers. In this role, you will manage daily HR tasks, implement HR strategies, and ensure compliance with legal and transactional activities. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating on HR strategy and supporting a leadership culture.
- Managing the HR budget and ensuring functional guidelines are met.
- Ensuring legal compliance and managing local Works Council relations.
- Overseeing talent management, recruitment, and performance processes.
- Handling HR marketing, internal communication, and compensation & benefits.
- Driving learning & development and transformation initiatives.
- Ensuring compliance with group policies and legal HR requirements.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR or a related field.
- Excellent people management and communication skills.
- Ability to act as a change agent.
- Understanding of country market dynamics and labor regulations.
