The role As a Full Stack Developer you are part of our development teams and work closely with colleagues across Europe on project implementations for our clients. You work across the full stack, back end and front end, in an agile environment, and you take ownership of building things that work at scale. AI is part of your daily work. You use AI coding assistants to build and test faster, and you help make the AI transformation tangible for our clients and for ourselves. What you will do
• Build and maintain front-end and back-end features for client projects
• Work in agile teams with colleagues across Europe, from refinement to release
• Build solutions in the cloud, mainly on AWS
• Make sure what you build is secure, scalable and resilient
• Use AI coding assistants to speed up development, testing and code review
• Help bring AI features into the products we build for clients
• Share what you learn with your team and keep improving how we work What you bring
• 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer in an agile environment, working with multiple programming languages
• A primary focus on front-end or back-end, with working knowledge of the full stack
• Experience working in cloud environments, preferably AWS
• A solid understanding of security, scalability and resilience
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
• The drive to work independently, take ownership and keep learning
• You use AI tools in your daily work, or you are keen to learn how they make you and your team better
• You speak and write English and Dutch fluently

What we offer
• A salary of €3,500 – €6,500 per month, based on your experience
• Training and certification in AI, cloud technology and Agile
• Hybrid working, with our office in Veldhoven as home base
• Self-organising teams that work on Agile principles
• Client projects with colleagues across Europe
