Spot Dem Auto Consult emphasises safety, professionalism, and customer satisfaction while helping drivers navigate onboarding, compliance, and vehicle-related requirements. Role Description: This is a contract, remote role for Uber drivers operating in the Netherlands (Amsterdam, Rotterdam and The Hague), where driving duties are performed in person while administrative and scheduling tasks may be managed remotely. Day-to-day responsibilities include safely transporting passengers to their destinations, following local traffic laws, and maintaining a clean and well-presented vehicle. Drivers will use the Uber app to accept ride requests, follow GPS directions, and manage trip details, earnings, and schedules. The role involves providing courteous, professional customer service, assisting passengers as needed, and communicating clearly and respectfully. Drivers are expected to handle basic vehicle checks, report issues promptly, and adhere to Uber and local regulatory requirements. Qualifications
• Strong driving capabilities.
• Valid CDL Class A or equivalent professional driving licence if needed for certain vehicle categories and compliance with Dutch and EU driving regulations.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with passengers and support teams and use the Uber app effectively.
• Proven customer service skills, with a focus on courtesy, patience, and problem-solving in diverse situations.
• Clean driving record, adherence to safety standards, and knowledge of local traffic rules and routes.
• Access to a reliable, roadworthy vehicle that meets Uber’s requirements, along with necessary insurance and documentation.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
• Basic technology skills to navigate smartphone apps, GPS, and digital communication tools.
