ph3Delivery Consultant @ Empresaria Group plc /h3 pbJob Title: /b Linux DevOps Engineer /p pbLocation: /b Rotterdam, Netherlands /p pbWork Pattern: /b Hybrid (minimum 1-2 days onsite) /p pbEmployment Type: /b Full-time Permanent /p h3Role Overview /h3 pThis role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining robust Linux based systems and automation processes to ensure smooth deployment and scalability of applications. /p h3What you could do on a day-to-day basis /h3 ul liCollaborate to deliver robust Linux environments for enterprise clients. /li liWork with DevOps team on automation and infrastructure-as-code practices. /li liImplement automation tools (e.g., Ansible) and manage GitOps workflows. /li liBuild and maintain update infrastructure, ensuring systems are secure. /li liMonitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and enhance reliability. /li liPrioritize security as part of a managed service approach. /li liGain insight into client operations to align technology with business needs. /li liParticipate in standby duty rotation approximately once every six weeks. /li /ul h3Role Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage and optimize Linux infrastructure for high availability and performance. /li liDevelop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments. /li liImplement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for system reliability. /li liCollaborate with development team: DevOps practices and improve workflows. /li liTroubleshoot issues related to system performance, security, and scalability. /li liContribute to automation to reduce manual processes and improve efficiency. /li /ul h3Required Skills Experience /h3 ul liStrong experience with Linux administration and shell scripting. /li liHands‑on experience with DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins. /li liKnowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). /li liFamiliarity with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Ansible). /li liUnderstanding of networking, security principles, and system monitoring. /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liExperience with Python or other scripting languages. /li liExposure to Agile methodologies. /li liKnowledge of microservices architecture. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
