You'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, improve key processes, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, making a tangible impact on operational performance and efficiency. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliManage and optimise the department's operational infrastructure, ensuring systems run reliably and securely. /liliTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues that could impact critical reporting activities. /liliDrive improvements in performance and compliance. /liliCollaborate with IT, compliance, and auditing teams to deliver timely and accurate financial reports. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliMinimum of 3 years' experience in operations engineering, preferably within a regulated industry. /liliSolid understanding of network infrastructure, server management, and database administration. /liliExperience with enterprise systems and technologies such as SQL and Azure Cloud. /liliFamiliar with ITIL processes, particularly Incident, Change, and Configuration management (CMDB). /liliKnowledge of application authorization, Identity Access Management, and RBAC. /liliStrong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset. /liliExcellent communication skills, able to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. /li /ulh3About Levy Professionals /h3pSince 2000 we provide professional solutions to organizations ranging from tech start-ups to global players.
