pTransform raw platform data into actionable insights that drive product decisions, growth strategy, and marketplace health monitoring. /ph3What you'll do /h3ulliBuild and maintain analytics dashboards tracking key marketplace metrics: GMV, take rate, match rate, user retention, and NPS. /liliAnalyse user behaviours, billing patterns, and conversion funnels to identify growth opportunities and friction points. /liliDesign and run A/B tests to validate product hypotheses and measure feature impact. /liliCreate automated reporting pipelines for leadership, delivering weekly and monthly business intelligence summaries. /liliCollaborate with Product and Engineering to define event tracking schemas and ensure data quality. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulli3+ years of experience as a data analyst or analytics engineer in a SaaS or marketplace environment. /liliProficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL preferred) for complex queries, window functions, and CTEs. /liliExperience with BI tools (Metabase, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI) for dashboard creation and self-serve analytics. /liliStrong statistical foundations: hypothesis testing, regression analysis, cohort analysis, and A/B test design. /liliExcellent data storytelling skills; you can translate numbers into narratives that drive decisions. /li /ulh3Nice to have /h3ulliExperience with Python (pandas, matplotlib) or R for advanced analysis and automation. /liliFamiliarity with dbt, Airflow, or similar data pipeline tools. /liliBackground in marketplace economics or two-sided platform dynamics. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
