Leveraging your expertise in bfinancial or banking data environments /b, you’ll ensure the integrity, accessibility, and scalability of our data assets while enabling the business to make faster, smarter decisions. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDefine and execute the company’s end-to-end bdata strategy /b, aligning it with business and marketing objectives. /liliPartner closely with the bCOO /b to ensure data priorities support strategic growth goals. /liliLead, mentor, and inspire our Data Science, Data Engineering, and Analytics teams. /liliOversee data governance, compliance, and security practices in line with industry standards. /liliLeverage experience in bfinancial/banking datasets /b to strengthen forecasting, customer segmentation, and performance tracking. /liliDrive a culture of bdata literacy /b across the business. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliStrong background in bfinancial services, banking, or fintech /b data environments. /liliExpertise in data architecture, analytics, and governance. /liliSolid understanding of marketing analytics, customer data platforms (CDPs), and campaign measurement. /liliHands-on experience with modern data tech stacks /liliStrategic thinker with the ability to translate complex data concepts into actionable business recommendations. /liliBased in (or willing to relocate to) Amsterdam. /li /ulh3What
