Lead, inspire, and make logistics happen Combine team leadership with hands‑on involvement in improvement projects that truly make an impact.
Responsibilities
You will:
- Lead and develop a team of 3–5 employees, conduct performance reviews and support growth.
- Oversee the execution of logistics processes – receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and returns – according to daily and weekly schedules.
- Monitor planning, operations, goals and KPIs, analyze data, generate management information, and turn insights into continuous improvements.
- Represent the warehouse manager in their absence, maintaining close contact and acting as a reliable point of support.
- Participate in logistics improvement projects in collaboration with engineering, project management and IT.
- Guide each step of the process, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in a similar supervisory role or as a team lead.
- Strong command of English.
- Knowledge of WMS, management information, KPIs and reporting.
