What is your challenge?
Join us at Innodisk Europe BV, nestled in the vibrant city of Eindhoven, where you'll play a pivotal role in the development of cutting-edge Flash products, following the needs of our customers. Your expertise will be the pillar of support for our dynamic Innodisk Sales Team, ensuring they have all the essential product-related information at hand.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Communicate with product development team in HQ, providing feedback from EU market and staying updated on product information.
- Provide product specifications, general information, availability, and pricing details to customers.
- Oversee the project performances and customer relationships together with the Reginal Sales Manager and other team members.
- Traveling to EU customers regarding training, customizing products and representing at trade shows.
- Nurture a good relationship with customers and assist them with product specifications and general information related to product use.
Who are you? / What you'll need
- Technical background is a required, as the role requires strong technical expertise in computer hardware specifications.
- Minimum 2 years' experience on a similar position in technical or industrial field
- A communicative personality with a strong customer-focused approach.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) is mandatory. Another European language (Dutch, French, German) is a good plus.
- Demonstrates flexibility, proactivity, and independence while thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong administrative skills and presentation skills.
